I finally decided to put a collection of concert movies online. Most of them were taken with my phone but there are a few that I took with my older camera. All of them are pretty horrible but the audio on a few is nice!

I am posting something!

It's about time I finally update this blog with something. A lot has happened in the last couple months, from going to Europe, interviewing at some places (including Apple), and getting a pretty sweet job in NYC. In the next couple weeks, you'll see some posts about Europe, about some programming stuff (including iPhone SDK posts because it's not under NDA anymore!) and possibly some things about my impending move to NYC!

New Logo!

Since I'm starting to get bored with my current project (which is going well, I just need a change of pace) I've decided to start redesigning this site. I'm not a web designer at all but I'm going to do my best to add a bit of my own flair to this very boxed WP theme. In other words, I'm going to change it completely

I've at least made a little logo for myself. I'm entertained by it, at least considering I think it looks OK and I have no talent with graphics whatsoever. Well, in terms of the creative side of graphics

Tonight is "clock reset" night. This means since I'm so off normal people's time it is time to stay up all night with the interest of getting back to normal. I think tonight I'm going to be really productive because of this so who knows maybe I'll be able to post a few screenshots of my game!

UPDATE: I've changed the look somewhat, I like it a bit more than before. Nothing too striking, but definitely an improvement and it looks a small bit more personal, now. Sweet! Also changed a few more colors, and some alignment, and blah.

WordPress 2.5 Upgrade!

Well, that was the easiest upgrade I've ever done.

Following http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress, I managed to set up 2.5 in a matter of 10 minutes. Most of that time was copying files! Overall I am pretty impressed with the new interface as well. It seems more cleverly laid out that before and I guess more "Web 2.0'd".

I don't see the pretty new editor because I write in strictly awesomely poor HTML, but still I do like what I see. Good going most popular CMS on the Internets!

A nice weekend!

Sometimes, Connecticut is good. We went down to the casinos to do a bit of gambling and also to see George Carlin! Despite not having tickets we all got in. While I didn't sit with my friends, I managed to get in free and also 3 rows back from the stage! Pretty awesome overall. Carlin was pretty funny, I'd say it was worth the trip just to see him -- but I may be a bit biased.

The next day we got together and played some of this new fangled Smash Bros. Brawl!

To be completely honest, I was pretty surprised at how much I enjoyed the game. I'm pretty terrible at fighting games as it is, but the game is extremely full of features and unlockables that I really think I'm going to end up buying it

As you can see, pretty sweet. Back to work though -- need to fix a thing or two with RhapsodyX then it's off to the next project!
